While my face is damp I apply my (watery/hydrating) products and mist in between steps. In addition, I use the mist with the 3-7 method which (in my case) is 3 layers of the HL Premium applied one after another and mist in between. Misting my face between steps/layers helps keep my face damp and helps the products absorb better. i would recommend using a generic version of the product you like. i loved le roche posay but they also support israel so i bought the cvs version of the face wash and it was so good 😭 practically the same exact ingredients except for 1 but i’m okay with that.
