Held every two years in different resorts around the world, they’re a 15-day-long speed-fest featuring some of the fastest skiers on the planet. And in honour of them coming to Courchevel and Méribel for the first time, the clever mountain folk have created a whole new, super-challenging downhill run for the racers.
One of the most famous longest runs is the Sarenne in Alpe d’Huez, France. It’s 16 kilometers long and provides breathtaking views of the Alps.
